In the Respira method, every movement begins with the breath. We connect body control with breath control – to create a precise, deep and healing workout. R mat was born from this concept: classic Pilates combined with unique breathing techniques that strengthen the core muscles, stabilize the body, correct posture and prevent pain and injury.
