Respira method

The Respira method was developed to return the body to natural movement, correct breathing, and upright posture – not through force, but through an internal connection. It is based on reverse breathing during exertion – inhaling through the nose precisely at the moment the body is working – thereby restoring movement in a safe and deep way.
Respira is suitable for everyone: children, adolescents, postpartum women, athletes, and people dealing with pain or injury. The method has been scientifically proven in collaboration with Tel Aviv University, and brings visible results from the first workout.
Its uniqueness lies in the small details: how you stand, how you breathe, what you activate – and most importantly, how you feel. The method emphasizes building natural posture, deep strength, concentration, nervous regulation and a positive body image. It is not just a practice – but a tool for life.
Trainees report a significant change in their back, in their feeling, in their confidence, and most importantly – in their connection to their body. Respira does not repair from the outside – it rebuilds from the inside. It is a method that everyone should know.
The power behind the method. The story of Remi Pateau and Respira
Rami is the beating heart behind the Respira method.
A guide, movement therapist, and fitness expert who brings with him over 20 years of experience in the world of fitness, rehabilitation, and breathing.
He developed the method from a deep investigation of the body, breath, and the connection between them – along with learning from clinical research conducted in collaboration with Tel Aviv University.
Rami believes that every person can change their body, posture, and image – with the help of simple, precise, and connected tools.
His trainees and trainees talk about a change that starts in the back – and continues for a lifetime.
Today he teaches, trains instructors, and spreads the method in Israel and around the world.
