Welcome to the Respira website – a studio for movement, breathing and functional training. Using the website, making purchases, or joining classes and classes through the website – constitutes agreement to the terms detailed in these regulations. We recommend that you read the regulations carefully.

1. General
1.1 This website is operated by Respira and allows the purchase of products, registration for classes and classes, and payment for subscriptions.
1.2 The subscription can be insured through the website.
1.3 Respira reserves the right to update the regulations at its discretion and without prior notice.

2. Purchasing products from the store
2.1 The products offered in the store are aids and equipment for training and movement.
2.2 Delivery will be made within 7 business days from the date of order, via courier to the home or a collection point (at the customer's choice).
2.3 Shipping fees will be calculated separately at the time of payment and will appear explicitly.

3. Transaction cancellation and product return
3.1 You may cancel the purchase of a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
3.2 The refund will be made after the product is received back and inspected, minus cancellation fees in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
3.3 The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

4. Conditions for registering for classes
4.1 Registration for Pilates classes, children's classes and digital courses is done via the website only.
4.2 Choose the appropriate course (for example: Pilates once a week, children's class) and pay via the website.

5. Cancellations and Refunds – Classes and Subscriptions
5.1 In the event of a cancellation initiated by Respira (e.g. class cancellation) – an alternative date will be set or a credit will be given.
5.2 In the event of cancellation by the participant – there is no refund for unused lessons, unless the participant has not participated in any lesson at all since registration – in which case a full refund will be given.
5.3 There is no freezing of a subscription – except in exceptional cases (such as illness, childbirth), and with prior approval only.

6. Copyright and use of the website
6.1 All content on the site, including texts, images, files, and videos, is the property of Respira and may not be copied or used without permission.
6.2 You must not publish offensive or infringing content on the site, and you must not perform actions that may harm the proper operation of the site.
