The first step to natural movement and proper breathing The beginner's program was built especially for those who are new to the Respira method and want to start right. During the sessions, the basics of movement and reverse breathing are taught, in gradual practice, at an appropriate pace and with a supportive approach. Participants develop body awareness, improve posture and learn to regulate effort – both in everyday life and during training. This is a stable and healthy foundation program – which prepares the ground for deep and meaningful practice later on.
